This recipe is from Paula Wolfert's "Couscous and Other Good Food From Morocco".
Because these spices are quite strong, Paula suggests that you grind some sugar cane in your blender after making this to get rid of the strong smell.

10dried rosebuds
12cinnamon sticks
12blades mace
1tspaniseed
8piecestumeric
2small pieces orris root
2dried cayenne peppers
1/2tsplavender
1Twhite peppercorns
2piecesgalangal
2Twhole ginger root
6cloves
24allspice berries
20white or green cardamon pods
4black cardamon pods
Recipe #2:
1/2ozallspice berries
1ozblack peppercorns
1/2ozgalangal
1/2ozmace blades
1-1/2whole nutmegs
10cardamon pods
1-1/2ozdried ginger root
1/2ozstick cinnamon
1/4oztumeric
3dried rosebuds
1clove
Instructions
Place all the ingredients of either recipe #1 or #2 in a blender and grind until fine. Sift the mix and place in an airtight jar.
