1kilo2 pounds Granny Smith Apples, cored, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
250grams1/2 pound Italian blue plums or red plums
1/8cupof sugar
1/4cuppomegranate juice
1/3cupwhite wine
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a heavy saucepan, cover, and cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are mushy. Set aside to cool.
