I am glad that it worked well with using a majority of milk. I am thinking of trying it with goat or sheep's liquid yogurt.

Well, I did it twice. ;-)

The first time I tried out the original recipe (with exception of taking 2 tsp Curry for the soup), yesterday I took ¼ cup cream (32%) for half of the recipe and replaced the remaining ¾ cup by milk (3,8%), which was really delicious, too. Maybe I should try broccoli next time, or cauliflower and paprika instead of curry, or some poultry instead of the fish…

I know, it is too much cream. That's why I used 2% milk and 10% cooking cream. Next time, I think I will just make it with milk.

2 cups heavy cream? That’s about half of a liter, right?! Hu… ;-)

But sounds like a fast, easy but delicious meal that I will check out next week.

I don't know, Baroness...I wasn't hungry before I read this entry, but all of a sudden, I started craving cauliflower soup and fish with artichoke pesto. Guess I'll have to print the recipes out and shop for the ingredients. Sigh. Don't you just hate having to eat?

NOT!!
