I bought them in Istanbul at the Egyptian Spice Market. You can also find them in spice shops here in Israel. I don&#039;t know where you live, but if you live in the States, then you may be able to order them from Penzey&#039;s or Zingermann&#039;s. They are called Urfa Red Pepper Flakes in English. If you can&#039;t find them, you could also use Aleppo Red Pepper Flakes.
